1. Where we ship
We currently ship across Canada, to every province and territory.
2. Delivery times
Most of Canada: 4 to 8 business days
Rural and remote areas, Northern communities, and the territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut): 8 to 12 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, peak periods (holidays, sales, promotions), and events beyond our control.
3. Shipping fees
Shipping is 100% free, with no minimum purchase.
4. Order processing
All orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary and a tracking number.
5. Order tracking
You can track your order at any time using the tracking number sent to your email. Visit our order tracking page to follow your delivery status in real time.
6. Returns and exchanges
We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee from the day you receive your order, so you have plenty of time to try your serum with no pressure.
Products should be returned in their original packaging. An opened or even fully used bottle is still accepted under our satisfaction guarantee.

7. Delivery errors
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, a refused delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the cost of reshipping will be the customer's responsibility.
8. Taxes
Applicable Canadian taxes (GST, HST or PST, depending on your province) are calculated and shown at checkout. Because your order ships within Canada, there are no customs or import fees to pay on delivery.
